At Plus Contracting LLC, our goal is to educate and guide you through every step, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Once you understand the workflow, you’ll feel confident that your project is on track.

Here’s how Plus Contracting LLC plans and executes your project seamlessly:
Initial Consultation & Contact
After reviewing the information you submit through our Contact Form, we will get in touch with you within 48 hours. During this call, we will ask essential questions to understand your needs and determine how we can best assist you. If we are not the right fit for your project, we’ll let you know and may offer a referral.On-Site Meeting
We will schedule a meeting at your project location for a detailed discussion about the scope of work. This typically lasts about one hour and allows us to understand your vision and expectations. If the project scope is well-defined, we may provide a rough estimate at this stage.Design & Planning
Depending on your project needs, we offer different design support options, such as:- Working as consultants to help keep your design within budget while you collaborate with your own architect or designer.
- Assisting you with material and design selections.
- Providing a detailed estimate based on your plans and specifications.
- Developing the design while working with you to align with your budget.
Contract & Permits
Once the design and construction drawings are finalized, we determine the best contract approach:- Fixed-Price Contract: A set price for the entire project.
- Cost-Plus-Fee Contract: A flexible approach based on actual costs plus a management fee.
If necessary, we can fast-track your project with a Cost-Plus-Fee Contract while finalizing the design. After the contract is signed, we collect a retainer, prepare a detailed project schedule, and obtain the required permits.
Project Kickoff & Construction
Before construction begins, we hold an initial construction meeting with your Project Manager and Lead Contractor. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication through in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls.Regular Updates & Site Maintenance
Our team ensures the site remains clean and organized. We hold weekly progress meetings to keep you informed. At the end of each workday, our team will broom-sweep and organize the site.Project Completion & Warranty
The project is complete when all work is finished, and you are 100% satisfied. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 2-year labor warranty, and our team remains available for any concerns even after the project is completed.
